Deep expertise in analytics architecture, including reusable pipelines, event taxonomies, semantic layers, and KPI governance, is required. A strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide measurement and experimentation strategies, coupled with strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to connect high-level objectives with tactical data execution, is crucial. The ideal candidate is skilled at navigating ambiguity, setting direction in complex environments, and is a highly effective communicator and influencer, particularly at the executive level. Strong mentoring and leadership presence, embodying self-awareness, resilience, and thoughtfulness in interpersonal dynamics, are also key requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience in platform analytics, data governance, or embedded enterprise analytics, proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling/automation, familiarity with tools like dbt or Airflow, knowledge of causal inference or machine learning, and a track record of leading change management efforts within data organizations.
The Senior Lead Data Analyst will shape strategy and drive the execution of advanced analytics across product, business, and platform domains, owning complex initiatives and mentoring cross-functional teams. This role involves leading the Analytics & BI function towards scalable, data-driven decision-making, acting as a technical expert, strategic thinker, and bridge-builder. Responsibilities include driving roadmap alignment, introducing innovative measurement strategies, and overseeing the development of analytics capabilities across teams. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to diagnose challenges, design solutions, and deliver high-leverage insights, serving as a multiplier for analytics effectiveness through influence, enablement, and cross-organizational partnership. Specific duties include leading end-to-end delivery of strategic analytics programs, architecting scalable analytics solutions, designing and evangelizing measurement strategies, guiding business decisions with proactive insights using SQL, Looker, and statistical modeling, and serving as an expert advisor to executives on data strategy. The role also entails influencing partners to integrate data-informed decision-making, driving the evolution of analytics infrastructure, coaching analysts, and representing the Analytics function in strategic planning.
