Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of progressive experience in operational and strategic roles within health plans or provider organizations, along with a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, 6+ years in clinical back office or payer operations, and 1+ years of experience with network management, credentialing, and enrollment processes and platforms. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, able to influence strategically, and have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships and communicating effectively with senior management.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Network Operations will support the scaling of operational excellence for Aledade Complete, focusing on network contracting, provider credentialing, and health plan enrollment. This role involves building and optimizing processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering operational rigor through launch and growth phases. Responsibilities include identifying and eliminating operational bottlenecks, overseeing vendor and partner relationships, managing the implementation of market entry plans, validating operational requirements, monitoring contract compliance, and resolving operational issues.
