Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, product management, and value stream alignment is required, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Practical experience with commercial platforms such as SPM, Pricing, Rebates, EDI, APIs, and Revenue Management, along with analytics, data, and customer experience disciplines in a global setting, is essential. A strong record of strategic business partnership, demonstrated leadership in large, complex global settings, and a highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through are also necessary.
The Head of Zoetis Tech and Digital Global Commercial Enablement Value Stream and Product Line will develop and drive the vision and strategy for global commercial enablement products within a value stream framework. This role involves co-creating unified digital strategies and multi-year roadmaps in partnership with global business process owners and ZTD partners, and driving ZTD-led innovation for new strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of vision and roadmaps for all product lines within commercial enablement, managing product development budgets and resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of multi-year roadmaps with ongoing delivery agility. The position requires setting product and feature priorities aligned with business owners, monitoring and driving business value realization, and facilitating decision-making regarding trade-offs. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with global and regional business leaders to align digital strategies with business goals, serving as the primary point of collaboration for commercial enablement teams, and providing insights on new product intake feasibility. The leader will also engage in knowledge sharing across value streams and products and will lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
