The Opportunity

Flock is committed to building a world-class partner ecosystem seamlessly integrated with a highly effective go-to-market engine. Partnerships are crucial for accelerating revenue growth, enhancing product differentiation, and expanding market reach, positioning the ecosystem as a primary driver of Flock’s private-sector success. We aim to create scalable and impactful partner programs that deliver measurable results across sales, product adoption, and customer value.

The Private Sector Partnerships Director will play a pivotal role in realizing this vision. This leader will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and scaling partnerships that bolster Flock’s go-to-market engine, encompassing channel partnerships, technology integrations, and bundled offerings to unlock new markets and customer segments. By driving measurable sales outcomes and product adoption through these partnerships, this individual will translate partner strategy into tangible operational success. The role will also involve refining partner monetization models, scaling partner-driven adoption of Flock’s APIs and products, and contributing to M&A and build/buy/partner strategies, ultimately positioning Flock as the ecosystem leader in both public and private sector markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source & Structure Revenue-Driving Partnerships:
    • Identify, prioritize, and execute partnerships that directly contribute to Flock’s private-sector sales growth and product differentiation.
  • Own Deal Execution & Commercial Outcomes:
    • Lead the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing through negotiation and launch, with clear accountability for driving qualified pipeline, closed-won revenue, and margin impact.
  • Drive Partner-Enabled Product Adoption:
    • Structure partnerships that accelerate the adoption of Flock’s core products and APIs, aiding in the scaling of private-sector deployments and enhancing customer value.
  • Manage High-Impact Partner Relationships:
    • Build and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, technology providers, and OEMs to foster sustained revenue growth and product success.
  • Collaborate on Product-Led Partnerships:
    • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify integration opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and ensure partnerships deliver differentiated customer value.
  • Influence Private Sector GTM:
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure partnerships are fully leveraged in private-sector go-to-market motions and field enablement.
