Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategic Accounts team in Singapore to achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and performance targets through strategic direction and coaching
  • Develop and execute departmental sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Drive consultative selling excellence, including oversight of key product demos, presentations, and tender responses
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound agreements in line with company policy
  • Champion customer retention and expansion by reinforcing value propositions and solution differentiation
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver an integrated and customer-centric experience
  • Set and monitor standards for client interaction quality and frequency to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Provide strategic input into market planning and product development initiatives
