Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering or sales engineering, along with proven leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and team-building. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and modern engineering practices is required, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional teams is also necessary. Experience with data engineering, ML pipelines, or enterprise SaaS is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

As Head of Solution Engineering, you will lead a growing team of solution engineers, serve as the bridge between product capabilities and customer needs, and be hands-on in both architecture and client strategy. You will play a critical role in pre- and post-sales engagements, ensuring customer success from onboarding through long-term adoption. You will own the end-to-end technical engagement lifecycle for key clients, partner with sales, product, and engineering to define technical strategy in deals, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by designing and delivering scalable solutions. Additionally, you will translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap, develop and maintain technical documentation, demos, and POCs, and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions with a strong customer focus.
