Candidates should possess 12+ years of related professional experience in ad tech, or with a brand, agency, or consulting firm, with a proven track record of success at a senior level. Experience leading and scaling SaaS or subscription revenue in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment is required. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and negotiate complex enterprise contracts. A Master's degree in business, statistics, data science, or engineering with an emphasis on data analysis and strategy is highly preferred. Deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media, including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media, is also preferred. Willingness to travel to customer sites is necessary.
The Solutions Engineering Sr. Director will lead and mentor the Solutions Engineering team, demonstrating mastery of iSpot's offerings and articulating the value proposition to senior client and prospect teams. They will possess a deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape to guide strategy and client roadmapping, solving complex challenges and developing tailored solutions autonomously. The role involves serving as an internal expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various teams, participating directly in product development, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Responsibilities include leveraging analytical experience to guide data-driven solutions, utilizing business intelligence and reporting tools like Tableau for analysis, facilitating new client strategic road mapping, and overseeing the timely delivery of analysis. The Sr. Director will also work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to facilitate product adoption, communicate best practices, and work through unique use cases.
