Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or government relations within the defense or space sector, with a proven track record in the German defense market and/or NATO ecosystem. A deep understanding of German government procurement and NATO acquisition processes is essential, along with the ability to build senior-level customer relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required, as is eligibility for German and/or NATO Secret security clearance. A Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or a related field is necessary, with a Master's degree being preferred. Prior experience with German MoD, NATO ACT, NCIA, or related institutions, and technical understanding of GEOINT, satellite systems, or ISR capabilities are preferred qualifications. Experience managing distributed teams and working across international boundaries is also preferred.
The Head of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Germany and NATO, leading pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and closing strategic deals.
