Candidates should have 7-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related GTM leadership roles, with deep familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks, especially CRM and sales engagement tools. Strong analytical and structured thinking with business acumen, experience supporting fast-scaling GTM teams, and comfort navigating ambiguity are essential. Executive-level communication skills and experience with HubSpot are strongly preferred. Commuting to SF, Chicago, or NYC offices for a hybrid work environment is required.
The Head of Revenue Operations will own the management and optimization of GTM systems and tools like Hubspot, Gong, and ZoomInfo. They will define and implement reporting infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting and performance analysis. Responsibilities include operationalizing territory design, incentive structures, and account segmentation, building end-to-end funnel visibility, and developing scalable processes. This role also involves supporting board reporting, acting as a thought partner to GTM leadership, experimenting with AI GTM tech, and eventually hiring and leading a Revenue Operations team.
