Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of RevOps experience and a strong background in building and scaling processes, systems, and teams. A builder's mindset, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable strategies are essential. Demonstrated ability to define key metrics, develop dashboards, and lead data analysis is required, along with proven experience leading high-performing teams and fostering collaboration. Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and strong familiarity with revenue teams are necessary, as is experience developing and aligning GTM strategies across sales, customer success, and marketing operations. Experience supporting sales teams, including building territories, quotas, compensation plans, and forecasting, is also required. Two years of management consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Operations will partner with leadership to develop and align go-to-market strategies focusing on acquisition, utilization, retention, and growth. They will lead and optimize go-to-market processes and systems architecture across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing. Responsibilities include driving revenue insights and performance visibility through reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, ensuring data integrity across commercial systems. Additionally, the director will define and manage the revenue forecasting process, manage and mentor direct reports, and assist in annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, including headcount planning, comp design, quota setting, and territory creation.
