Responsibilities

  • Define company and product narrative, translating complex climate/carbon market concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging
  • Own Go-to-Market strategy for launches, driving outcomes in awareness, adoption, and pipeline; partner with Product to prioritize and commercialize roadmap initiatives
  • Lead market research on voluntary carbon market (VCM), buyer trends, and policy shifts; build competitive intelligence for Sales positioning and objection handling
  • Supercharge Sales with training, playbooks, collateral, and tailored narratives for strategic deals addressing enterprise needs
  • Create, refine, and operationalize segmentation frameworks and ICPs to guide pipeline and product strategy
  • Own corporate, product, and customer communications for clarity/credibility; drive external storytelling reinforcing Patch’s mission and align internal communications
  • Partner with Product, Demand Gen, and Content stakeholders to influence roadmap, build pipeline, and support brand
  • Lead and develop high-performing PMM team, fostering culture of urgency, accountability, and intellectual pragmatism
