About the Role

As our Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for transforming the way our consultancy runs—building the operational backbone that enables us to scale with confidence. You’ll work closely with the founders to take vision and strategy and turn them into structured, efficient, and repeatable systems that power the business day to day.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, accountable for optimising workflows across delivery, resource planning, team performance, and internal systems to meet growing demand without compromising on quality. You’ll manage offshore teams, streamline operations, and bring consistency and rigour to how projects are delivered.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of systems and operations, and knows how to bring clarity and order to complex, moving parts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise daily operations, translating vision into seamless execution and reducing founder burden.
  • Oversee resourcing, capacity planning, and forecasting for optimal team utilisation and successful project delivery.
  • Develop SOPs, streamline workflows (e.g., sales-to-delivery), and drive continuous improvement of internal systems like ClickUp.
  • Lead an "AI-first" operational mindset, implementing AI tools and automations to enhance efficiency and replace manual work.
  • Implement team scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs, establishing rhythms for performance reviews, coaching, and quality control (especially for offshore teams).
  • Directly manage project management and delivery teams, fostering strong culture, and refining hiring and onboarding processes.

This Role Is for You If

  • You have proven experience leading operations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or agency environment, translating strategy into scalable systems and outcomes.
  • You possess a strong command of operational systems (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot) and business fundamentals, including P&L and forecasting.
  • You are a proactive systems thinker with a bias for action, comfortable managing remote teams and driving accountability for results.
  • You have excellent written communication and documentation skills, crucial for building robust SOPs and processes.
