Requirements

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or consulting roles, along with 2-3 years of experience at high-growth CPG/e-commerce brands. They should possess a proven record of shepherding multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, and demonstrate a customer-obsessed research skillset including proficiency with survey tools, interviews, and data analysis. Strong skills in Excel, analytical thinking, presentation development, and clear communication are also required, as well as a structured approach to problem-solving and a high level of comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff will translate brainstorming sessions into phased roadmaps, run weekly workstreams, track key performance indicators, and unblock teams to drive initiative leadership. They will partner with executives on new ideas, including financial modeling and risk assessment, conduct customer and market research, triage software and vendors, serve as an inter-executive liaison for information flow, and act as an early-warning system by monitoring leading indicators and elevating potential issues. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will shield the CXO's calendar and handle correspondence, ensuring only high-impact items reach the executive's attention.
