Responsibilities

Drive sales business performance according to SEA business strategy and financial goals, focusing on digital solutions sales and revenue growth
Provide strategic and execution focus to current and prospective market segments in Malaysia and Singapore to drive revenue and profitability
Champion operational excellence via data integrity management, pipeline development, and conversion in white space and existing markets
Lead an engaged workforce with succession planning, new hire onboarding, performance management, and attrition management
Act as advocate for LexisNexis policies, processes, compliance, sales metrics, and collaboration across functions
Create a balanced sales strategy to defend, develop, and expand revenue streams in digital sales subscriptions, specialist products, and solutions while increasing gross margins
Prepare robust operating plans to achieve budgets, forecasts, and sales performance targets
Build a highly motivated sales team and execute sales incentive planning with relevant metrics for new sales, renewals, upsell, downsell, and cancellations
Drive sales performance management, excellence, training, and organizational structures
Support OSEA sales and revenue growth
Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans at the product level, coordinate execution across teams, ensure ROI including revenue goals, and track metrics with reporting
Provide inputs on technology, new products, marketing trends, and competitive insights
