Requirements

At least 8-10 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing at growth phase B2B SaaS companies, including at least 5 years leading ABM teams
Track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging ABM channels (paid advertising, content syndication, direct mail, etc.)
Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
Proven track record of defining and delivering complex global ABM programs and campaigns
Strong program management skills to plan, manage, and partner with broader marketing teams to execute multiple channels simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to understand customer journeys and decision makers

Responsibilities

Lead a best-in-class account-based marketing function globally: Own strategy, execution, and results of 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns and programs that drive prospect engagement and advance target accounts through the sales funnel
Partner closely with the Head of Demand Gen and GTM leadership on innovative ABM strategy appropriate for Notion's funnel and market
Execute and deliver key performance indicators (leads generated, pipeline contribution, program performance metrics, revenue influenced) and report on programs with actionable insights
Partner with Operations and BizTech teams to manage and utilize GTM and ABM systems to target top-of-funnel customers and marquee accounts through their buying journey
Collaborate closely with Sales and broader Marketing teams to build customized marketing plans and objectives for top accounts, and craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs that nurture accounts from prospecting to close to expansion
Foster a productive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team and across departments, embody company values, and develop strong relationships across the business
