Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing at growth phase B2B SaaS companies, including at least 5 years leading ABM teams
  • Track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging ABM channels (paid advertising, content syndication, direct mail, etc.)
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering complex global ABM programs and campaigns
  • Strong program management skills to plan, manage, and partner with broader marketing teams to execute multiple channels simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to understand customer journeys and decision makers

Responsibilities

  • Lead a best-in-class account-based marketing function globally: Own strategy, execution, and results of 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns and programs that drive prospect engagement and advance target accounts through the sales funnel
  • Partner closely with the Head of Demand Gen and GTM leadership on innovative ABM strategy appropriate for Notion's funnel and market
  • Execute and deliver key performance indicators (leads generated, pipeline contribution, program performance metrics, revenue influenced) and report on programs with actionable insights
  • Partner with Operations and BizTech teams to manage and utilize GTM and ABM systems to target top-of-funnel customers and marquee accounts through their buying journey
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and broader Marketing teams to build customized marketing plans and objectives for top accounts, and craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs that nurture accounts from prospecting to close to expansion
  • Foster a productive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team and across departments, embody company values, and develop strong relationships across the business
