The Head of Enterprise Product Marketing should have experience leading and growing a senior team of enterprise PMMs, managing strategic GTM motions, and setting strategic vision. Responsibilities include defining and evolving enterprise platform narrative, owning positioning and messaging, developing competitive differentiation, and bringing market insights to product decisions. The role also involves driving cross-functional go-to-market success, defining and executing GTM strategies for product launches, and partnering with demand gen teams. Additionally, the candidate will build and scale a global channel marketing program, architecting channel and co-sell marketing strategies, and creating partner-facing content. Sales enablement through persona-specific content and programs is also a key requirement.
Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise PMM team, including mentoring senior product and solution marketers. Create clarity of ownership across persona strategy, sales plays, messaging, and enablement content. Serve as a trusted leader representing product marketing in key forums. Define and evolve Postman’s enterprise platform narrative to communicate business value to technical leaders. Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the platform and key solutions. Develop and refine competitive differentiation, including head-to-head positioning and win-loss analysis. Bring market, customer, and competitive insights back to product, pricing, and packaging decisions. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches in partnership with product, revenue, and customer success teams. Translate complex capabilities into field-ready narratives. Partner with demand gen and campaign teams to align launch motions and evergreen content. Build scalable GTM frameworks for sales-led motions. Architect Postman’s first scalable channel and co-sell marketing strategy. Create and own partner-facing messaging, competitive content, and co-branded assets. Support field enablement for co-sell motions. Measure and evolve channel marketing efforts. Develop persona-specific content to empower GTM teams.
