Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Web Developers and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with software development and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic planning and execute programs to support customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Web Developers to maintain and upgrade software and technical aspects of the platform
  • Develop a roadmap for technology requirements to support development and integrations with customer relationship tools
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders to support customer engagement and advocacy initiatives
  • Align with and drive engagement strategy to support sales and marketing goals
  • Leverage customer channels to amplify adoption, brand, and demand campaigns
  • Foster champions who seed adoption efforts and promote customer engagement and advocacy within the organization
  • Develop and execute nurture programs and online community engagement initiatives
  • Institute best practices for engagement and advocacy within the organization
  • Utilize breadth of understanding about PointClickCare's industry and products to inform customer engagement strategies
