Position Overview
TetraScience is seeking an elite engagement leader to oversee the EMEA region. This role is responsible for leading engagement directors and program managers, driving successful delivery of value for all EMEA implementations, ensuring renewals, and assisting in expansions. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, results-driven, and possesses a passion for delivering value within the Life Sciences industry. This is a player-coach role requiring extreme ownership and a demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams.

Who You Are
- Experience: Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams. Demonstrable experience in managing critical team activities and consistently delivering complex data solutions in challenging scenarios.
- Leadership Style: Player-coach, forward-deployed captain, not a spectator. Requires extreme self-discipline and determination.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric with the ability to see around corners and navigate customer hierarchies within the Life Sciences industry.
- Ownership: Fundamentally embodies the principles of extreme ownership.
- Adaptability: Able to help deliver scientific and operational value and expand within the customer base as the platform evolves and new SKUs and personas are introduced.
- Industry: Experience in the high-inertia Life Sciences industry is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value, achieve high customer satisfaction, and meet annual renewal targets.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with product teams to incorporate customer enhancement requests and deliver increased value.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to position TetraScience as a thought leader.
- Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product) for efficient implementation and product deployment.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to define and implement account-specific plans aligned with the renewal strategy and sales objectives.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, while expanding internal networks.
- Manage renewal forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward targets.
