A proven track record of building and scaling CS teams for enterprise and technical audiences, deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and a data-first approach are required. Experience in technical domains like DevOps, AI, or APIs is a strong plus.
The Head of Customer Success will set and scale the global Customer Success vision, strategy, and operating model, leading and growing a team of CSMs, coaches, and strategic customer partners. Responsibilities include driving urgency to resolve customer challenges, accelerating value realization, exceeding adoption and retention goals, establishing success playbooks, managing team performance and customer health using data, and championing the voice of the customer in product and go-to-market decisions. The role also involves fostering a customer-first culture and navigating complex, ambiguous situations.
