Manager, Commercial Sales Development

Candidates must possess at least three years of experience prospecting as an individual contributor and a minimum of two years of experience leading a Sales or Sales Development team, demonstrating a track record in hiring, developing, promoting, and exceeding performance goals. They should also have experience in research and data-driven account planning, enabling them to quickly identify highly qualified opportunities from early discussions with technical personas, and ideally, experience in a high-growth startup environment within enterprise software, particularly in infrastructure or AI.
The Head of Account Development will be responsible for attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing talent to build an elite Account Development organization, setting up a collaborative environment while delivering high-quality Stage 1 and Stage 2 opportunities with a 200% mindset. They will provide coaching and mentorship, refine and expand training and onboarding programs, participate in prospect qualification and discovery calls, develop and own KPIs, supervise team execution, refine the ADR playbook, provide weekly performance summaries, and track sales performance using analytics tools. Additionally, they will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop a strong support strategy for identifying and sourcing net new pipeline, and lead the team in utilizing Snorkel Salesforce.com systems and sales enablement tools.
