Candidates should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience administering CRM and GTM systems, with strong Salesforce expertise preferred. A working knowledge of GTM processes across the full revenue funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success) is required, along with experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar). Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation within a multi-system GTM stack, strong data management skills including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation, and the ability to balance multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users are essential.
The GTM Systems Administrator will serve as the primary administrator for core CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. They will manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including user access, roles, permissions, integrations, workflows, and automation to support lead management, pipeline processes, and customer lifecycle operations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and serving as the technical partner for GTM teams. The role also involves supporting tool evaluations, technology rollouts, and change management initiatives, while providing training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This includes translating business objectives into technical requirements and designing scalable solutions, and partnering with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to gather requirements.
