Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Platform Administrators
Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
Advocate for the team’s priorities within the broader engineering and product organization
Recruit and retain top talent
Promote a DevOps mindset and continuous delivery culture
Own end-to-end delivery of key enterprise platforms initiatives
Establish and enforce standards, procedures, and deployment processes
Stay current with Financial Industry platform capabilities and trends
Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of new platform features
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security configurations
Implement robust logging, monitor system performance, and proactively address issues
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to implement customizations and integrations
Maintain platform documentation, configuration standards, and change logs
Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise platform issues
Provide OpenAPI Specifications (OAS) for external teams
Collaborate with other teams on data modeling, access, and integration concerns
Extend support for functional and non-functional testing teams
Partner closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand business needs
Participate in agile ceremonies
Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and process improvements
