  • Advocate for the team’s priorities within the broader engineering and product organization
  • Recruit and retain top talent
  • Promote a DevOps mindset and continuous delivery culture
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key enterprise platforms initiatives
  • Establish and enforce standards, procedures, and deployment processes
  • Stay current with Financial Industry platform capabilities and trends
  • Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of new platform features
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security configurations
  • Implement robust logging, monitor system performance, and proactively address issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to implement customizations and integrations
  • Maintain platform documentation, configuration standards, and change logs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise platform issues
  • Provide OpenAPI Specifications (OAS) for external teams
  • Collaborate with other teams on data modeling, access, and integration concerns
  • Extend support for functional and non-functional testing teams
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand business needs
  • Participate in agile ceremonies
  • Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and process improvements
