Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven success hiring for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, customer success, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Passion for building inclusive hiring processes and contributing to a strong company culture

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting: Own the recruiting process from role kickoff through offer acceptance for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer success
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate, with clear communication and timely updates throughout the process
  • Sourcing strategies: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools, platforms, and creative outreach
  • Employer branding: Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content that showcases Baseten’s culture and positions us as a top employer in the ML space
  • Hiring process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Data-driven recruiting: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to inform hiring strategies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion: Build and promote inclusive hiring practices that attract and retain diverse talent across all non-technical teams
