Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in market research, product marketing, or business analysis, preferably within B2B SaaS or HR tech. Strong analytical skills for both qualitative and quantitative data, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities for presenting findings to diverse audiences are essential.

Responsibilities

The GTM Analyst will manage the win/loss analysis program, including administering the tool, conducting interviews, analyzing results, and reporting insights with actionable recommendations. They will partner with leadership to analyze the business impact of GTM and product investments for prioritization, and monitor market trends and analyst reports to identify emerging themes relevant to Achievers. Responsibilities also include developing internal reports and POVs, collaborating cross-functionally to communicate insights, creating presentations and dashboards for stakeholders, and supporting strategic projects and continuous improvement of the Product Marketing organization's efficiency.
