Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Deal Desk experience in an Enterprise SaaS B2B environment, with administrative experience in CPQ and CLM tools being a plus. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with an understanding of the quote-to-cash process and sales contracts, including the ability to identify risks in deal terms. Familiarity with Marketplace offerings through AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus. The candidate must be highly organized, customer-focused with strong attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and possess schedule flexibility for end-of-month and end-of-quarter periods. The role requires the ability to travel quarterly for QBRs and must be located on the East Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will provide full quote-to-signature support to global Account Executives, including quote creation, pricing approvals, order form generation, and accurate opportunity closure in Salesforce. This role involves managing and monitoring the quote queue and approval workflows, proactively driving deal momentum, and resolving blockers. The analyst will offer pricing insights, product guidance, and analytical support for complex deals. Responsibilities also include administering Chainguard’s CPQ (Subskribe) and CLM (Ironclad) platforms, updating price books and legal workflows, and maintaining data integrity across CPQ, CLM, and CRM systems. The role requires supporting the documentation of Deal Desk processes, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product stakeholders to streamline deal execution and ensure compliance, and acting as a primary point of contact for deal-related matters.
