The Associate Theft Investigator will conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents. They will classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines, process theft reports, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaboration with team members through internal communication channels and providing customer support while managing operational tasks are also key responsibilities. Additionally, they will update and maintain theft tracking systems.
