Ditto is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and demand generation through strategic campaigns, sharper messaging, and personalized outreach. This role is crucial for expanding Ditto's reach and will involve a blend of paid growth, campaign execution, and continuous experimentation.

We need to experiment, move fast, and try bold ideas.

Responsibilities

Campaigns & Paid Growth

  • Campaigns: Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms, managing budgets, agency relationships, targeting, and performance tracking in Hubspot.
  • Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with Designers to test new formats, visuals, and ideas.
  • Paid Performance Reporting: Create dashboards and manage ongoing internal communications to convey the range of experiments and their impact.

Activation & Experimentation

  • Marketing Automation: Ensure Hubspot is architected to scale with new programs and report on performance across various metrics.
  • Experimentation: Create and prioritize a backlog of growth experiments aimed at improving ROI and driving revenue.
  • Testing: Explore opportunities where AI and automation can enhance targeting and engagement, whether through new ad platforms, newsletter sponsorships, events, or novel approaches.
  • Email Campaigns: Assist in building lifecycle campaigns that leverage in-app signals to trigger targeted, personalized outreach.

General Marketing

  • Support ongoing SEO & GEO initiatives.
  • Help distribute content in high-impact ways.
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns.
  • Participate in team planning and contribute to shaping and evolving our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or PLG environments.
  • 2+ years managing paid campaigns in Hubspot across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, from CTOs to developers.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google ads), and social media marketing.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce to optimize engagement and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, iterating, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Interest in emerging tools (especially AI) and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
