The Growth Marketing Manager will build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROI and scale acquisition efforts, while also developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels. They will analyze performance, identify trends, and continuously test and optimize campaigns, focusing on conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision-making, all while staying informed on industry trends and AI advancements.
