The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our company’s expansion by developing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire customers. To excel in this role, you’ll need to be an expert in paid acquisition through Meta and LinkedIn.

This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric.

Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Management:
    • Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI.
    • Scale our Meta acquisition efforts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA.
    • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
    • Analyze performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Growth Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Test and Learn:
    • Evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
  • Industry & Trend Awareness:
    • Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related analytical field
  • 6+ years of Growth Marketing experience with a focus on paid acquisition.
