Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, specifically in cross-sell, upsell, and program management within a SaaS environment. Proficiency in using AI for campaign execution, hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools, and the ability to design and execute omnichannel campaigns triggered by customer behavior and data signals are essential. A deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, strong data analysis skills for surfacing insights and identifying actions, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams are also required. Experience with Twilio Segment or reverse ETL platforms, Salesforce, SQL, Looker/Tableau, and a technical background for self-service analytics are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager will lead and optimize cross-sell and upsell marketing programs to drive account expansion. This includes coordinating and executing omnichannel campaigns across various channels such as email, website, Twilio console, SMS, and in-app. The role involves identifying high-impact moments in the customer lifecycle to present relevant upsell opportunities, designing and running experiments to test messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness, and collaborating with analytics teams to build data-driven programs. Continuous analysis of performance and utilization of insights to refine strategies and maximize expansion outcomes are key duties.
