Requirements

Candidates must be self-driven, able to wear multiple hats, understand the core Ideal Customer Profile, and be comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate lives in North America within ±3 hours of U.S. Mountain Time. Proven track record of strategy design, execution, and measurement across multiple growth channels like YouTube, Paid Social, Technical Newsletters, and Open Source is required; Paid Search experience is a plus. Experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar role for developer-focused products is essential. Strong intuition, comfort with experimentation and iterative learning, and a creative problem-solving approach with a balance of creativity and logic are necessary. The ability to learn from failures and not be deterred is also important.

Responsibilities

The Growth Marketer will accelerate growth by scaling and optimizing acquisition channels, particularly those engaging developer communities. Responsibilities include ideating, executing, and maintaining creative marketing experiments to improve awareness and adoption. This involves owning and optimizing performance across top channels, designing and executing high-velocity experiments to reach developers and drive signups, defining success metrics, measuring campaign impact, and communicating learnings. The role also requires tracking trends within developer communities to develop new engagement strategies.
