Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of B2B marketing experience in startups and high-growth technology organizations, with at least 3 years specifically leading ABM and enterprise demand generation programs for security-focused products or developer platforms. A deep familiarity with marketing technical solutions to developer and technical audiences, including CISOs, security teams, and software engineering/infrastructure leaders, is essential. Experience with open source and enterprise cloud platforms is highly valued, as is proven experience collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve revenue goals in the cybersecurity landscape. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data for measuring campaign performance and impact are required, along with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-trust, transparent culture.

Responsibilities

The ABM Marketing Manager will lead 1:1 Account-Based Marketing initiatives for high-value strategic accounts, partnering with sales, field marketing, product marketing, and strategic account teams to develop and execute multi-channel ABM programs. Key responsibilities include designing, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns, collaborating with Field Marketing and Events to leverage or design bespoke experiences, and partnering cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align ABM initiatives with account objectives. The role also involves championing data-driven insights and reporting using tools like Clay Intent Data and Salesforce to monitor engagement, measure pipeline impact, and optimize ROI. Additionally, the manager will drive executive engagement by developing high-impact, executive-level programs and innovating ABM outreach through modern tactics such as call blitzes, strategic gifting, and multi-channel personalization.
