Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital marketing campaigns focusing on channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google and Reddit
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution—continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics
  • Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics, identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI; regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement
  • Drive customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube, Reddit and Google
  • Manage a 6-digit quarterly budget
  • Campaign planning, ideation and execution with a data-driven mindset
