Requirements

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in end-to-end digital strategy and execution

  • Hands-on experience launching and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and account engagement
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing for messaging, creative, CTAs, and targeting
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze performance data, identify insights, and drive ROI improvements using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Salesforce, and Hubspot
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) for websites and landing pages
  • Ability to manage relationships with content syndication and digital partners
  • Knowledge of competitive trends, emerging digital tactics, AI tools, and automation for analysis, creative generation, audience segmentation, and optimization
  • Collaborative skills to work with marketing programs, web, analytics, and operations teams
  • Comfortable in a remote, distributed team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other key channels, aligned to awareness, consideration, and conversion goals
  • Partner with the Marketing Programs team to translate campaign strategies into high-performing digital programs that engage target accounts and key personas
  • Manage relationships with content syndication and digital partners to expand reach among ideal customer profiles and high-intent audiences
  • Stay current on competitive trends and emerging digital tactics to keep Spring Health’s approach innovative and effective
  • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and account engagement
  • Collaborate with web and marketing operations teams on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website and landing page performance
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, creative, CTAs, and targeting
  • Analyze performance data with the analytics team to identify insights and drive continual ROI improvements
  • Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across ad and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Salesforce, and Hubspot
  • Leverage AI tools and automation for analysis, creative generation, audience segmentation, and optimization
  • Test and evaluate emerging channels and formats to expand reach within key segments
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to scale best practices
