Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution, work comfortably in ambiguity, and move quickly without full information is essential. Strong analytical skills, clear cross-functional communication, and robust project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment are also required. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or high-growth environments, outbound campaigns, demand generation, or GTM programs, and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator are preferred. Responsibilities

The Growth Manager, Commercial will develop and execute creative, fast-moving programs to generate pipeline for the Commercial Sales team. This involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Ops to identify opportunities, design novel campaigns, and rapidly launch and iterate on GTM experiments. Responsibilities include designing and executing net-new growth marketing experiments, partnering closely with the Commercial Sales team on targeted programs, testing ideas, measuring results, and scaling successful initiatives. The role also involves collaborating across GTM teams for initiatives like website optimization or persona-specific messaging, building workflows and tools to help Sales scale programs, analyzing program performance, and delivering insights to leadership.
