Twilio is seeking a Finance Manager, GTM - Segment to support GTM consolidated reporting, partner with Segment GTM leaders, conduct financial modeling for investment opportunities, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support GTM initiatives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with GTM business partners and central Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leaders across the Segment business to drive efficient growth.
  • Utilize strong financial skills and business knowledge to build ad-hoc financial models.
  • Deep dive into customer renewal metrics to improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with peer finance teams and work cross-functionally within GTM to identify business growth and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Be flexible in a dynamic work environment and support the wider GTM FP&A team in achieving organizational objectives.

Required:

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a multi-faceted business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional relationships and communication to non-financial audiences.
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with partners on GTM and GTM Operations.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is a plus.

Location

This role is remote but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
