Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role, strong financial analysis and modeling skills, experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis, and comfort working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should also possess the ability to work independently and think strategically, along with intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a multi-faceted business and strong communication and interpersonal skills – numbers are key, but a business is built with people.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager, GTM - Segment will partner with Sales Leaders across the Segment business to drive efficient growth, utilize solid financial skills and business knowledge to build ad-hoc financial models, deep dive into customer renewal metrics to improve customer retention, collaborate with peer finance teams and work cross-functionally within GTM to identify business growth and cost optimization opportunities, and be flexible in a dynamic work environment and support the wider GTM FP&A team in achieving organizational objectives.
