Candidates should possess at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience on growth engineering teams, and at least 5-7 years of professional experience managing direct reports on a product team, with at least 2 of those years managing a growth team. Applicants must be located in the Americas time zone.
As a Growth Engineering Lead, you will drive growth engineering practices, coach and empower teams to take ownership of their goals, strengthen engineering culture, and be an active part of teams to achieve pioneering outcomes. You will work cross-functionally to create and execute on strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention, and you will be comfortable and able to support the team in the details of their work as a code contributing member.
