Candidates should have 4+ years of high-volume sales experience, with at least 2 years of closing experience in end-to-end SaaS sales cycles, preferably at a startup. Previous experience selling developer tools, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, or data tooling is ideal, along with a technical background or strong curiosity. The ability to build relationships and manage a fast-moving pipeline is essential.
The Growth Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads, including qualifying, conducting discovery, running demos, and closing new business within a 30-90 day cycle. They will own and grow a book of business, including expansions and renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the sales process. This role involves navigating technical objections and communicating value to developer audiences.
