Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets and trends
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Social, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager and Primetime) is a plus
  • 5+ Years experience in US preferably in a client partner or a Delivery Manager Role
  • At-least 5 years experience in managing a P&L and responsible for Employee Engagement and customer success
  • SME on Digital Marketing Tools such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing
  • Strong (oral and written) English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of multiple and small/large scale digital marketing implementation and transformation projects across several geographies (APAC, EMEA, AMER) using Agile methodologies
  • Leading a large Digital transformation engagement with multiple partners and complex matrix customer organization or a Industry vertical with 20-40 customer engagements
  • Experience in executing and leading multi-stage projects that direct efficient use of resources, and improved cost management through business transformation & technology
  • Taking care of senior partners across geographies working in a complex matrix environment
  • Lead a team of resources to successfully implement Adobe’s digital marketing solutions
  • Lead a team of Architects, Project Managers, Strategist and consultants on a complex end-to-end digital transformation
  • Act as a Client Partner for a customer and be prescriptive in solutions and recommendations of best practices
  • Fostering and developing talent who help clients optimize their digital assets and unlock value in the areas of commerce, content and marketing for global clients across various industry segments
  • Governing delivery excellence for a complex small/large scale digital platforms, by setting project quality & performance standards, governing risks and issues, handling client escalations & directly mentoring and handling the team
  • Structuring and managing projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers
  • Expertise in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models
  • Ability and expertise in handling Systems Integrator (SI) (SBR/QBR, Performance Dashboard, Maturity Model, Outcome based) partnerships for customer delivery
  • Sales Pipeline, Funnel, Intake process management to grow this business
  • Driving Customer Value, Delivery Quality and Customer success including successful renewals of services with key customers
