Requirements

  • Graduates from any discipline (minimum Bachelor’s degree); either newly graduated or those with some experience post-graduation
  • Students studying a minimum Bachelor’s degree who will graduate in Summer 2026
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Fluent oral and written language skills in Danish and English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Passion for winning

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of categories with one of the big retailers in Denmark
  • Develop joint business with retailers
  • Create category and brand plans that delight shoppers in-store and online
  • Build collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding with retailers
  • Take full business responsibility from day one, including specific projects
