Requirements

10+ years of experience in implementing consent management solutions, particularly with OneTrust CMP
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in technical configuration of OneTrust CMP, including integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools
Proven experience in documenting technical and business requirements and developing user stories
Deep understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific requirements
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including facilitating workshops and building client relationships
Ability to oversee project lifecycle management, from planning to post-implementation support

Responsibilities

Oversee documentation process for technical and business requirements, creating detailed specifications for functionalities, integration points, and user experiences
Develop user stories and preferences center workflows in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring user-centric design and compliance
Design and implement a holistic approach to preference and consent management within enterprise architecture, aligning with data governance and privacy strategies
Manage stakeholders by building relationships, communicating project status, risks, and deliverables, and facilitating workshops
Provide hands-on technical configuration and support for OneTrust CMP, ensuring seamless integrations
Assess current consent management practices against compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and recommend improvements
Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on CMP usage and data privacy best practices
Stay updated on consent management and data privacy trends to drive continuous improvements
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
