  • Functional hands-on experience in Software and Platforms strategy areas such as CPQ, CLM, Lead and Opportunity Management, Channels (Partner Ecosystem), Communication, Sales Transformation, Sales Forecasting, Sales Planning, and Compensation Management
  • Good understanding of market realities, business benefits, and implementation complexities to create valid business cases and strategic transformation roadmaps
  • Ability to use creativity and innovation in a fast-paced environment, abstracting details into larger patterns
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management for alignment and buy-in on projects
  • MBA preferably in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum 12–14 years of total experience with minimum 10 years in sales/sales transformation in areas of B2B or B2C - Strategy, GTM, Product, Sales Operations, Growth & P&L Management, Performance Marketing (Sales pipeline, forecasting), Sales Transformation, Sales Planning, etc

  • Leverage industry best practices, particularly with Salescloud (SAP C4C)
