Candidates should have over 6 years of progressive experience in digital commerce, eCommerce management, or digital strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital initiatives. A strong background in Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is required, along with expertise in CRO, digital analytics, and customer journey optimization. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and emerging digital technologies, including Custom GPTs, is also necessary.
The Digital Manager will own and evolve the Shopify ecosystem, optimizing site performance, UX/UI, and driving the roadmap for digital platform innovation. They will manage and launch key digital programs, lead the CRO program with a focus on customer experience, and define and own the digital AI roadmap for accelerating AI tool adoption and implementing AI-driven automation.
