Responsibilities

The Digital Manager will own and evolve the Shopify ecosystem, optimizing site performance, UX/UI, and driving the roadmap for digital platform innovation. They will manage and launch key digital programs, lead the CRO program with a focus on customer experience, and define and own the digital AI roadmap for accelerating AI tool adoption and implementing AI-driven automation. Responsibilities also include identifying emerging themes and content strategies, driving experimental digital initiatives, co-owning the digital demand plan, and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategy and execution.
