  • 1-3 years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, or similar roles) or high-energy recent grad ready to prove yourself
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to handle high-volume outbound prospecting without getting discouraged
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator (cold emails get responses, calls get meetings)
  • Love networking and not intimidated by walking into a room of strangers at industry events
  • Coachable and eager to learn—take feedback well and constantly improve
  • Competitive and money-motivated—want to earn commission and willing to put in the work
  • Understand (or can quickly learn) the consumer brand ecosystem and operational challenges

Responsibilities

  • Send 100+ high-quality cold emails per week to qualified prospects (brand operators, COOs, founders)
  • Support founder through demos, follow-ups, and behind-the-scenes sales admin
  • Attend industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships
  • Follow up with all demo participants and event attendees to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects before handing off to sales engineers or closing reps
  • Manage outreach campaigns using Hubspot and track all interactions meticulously
  • Build relationships with prospects over time (long sales cycle, persistence key)
  • Provide feedback to marketing on resonant messaging and field objections
  • Hit monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated
