Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions and 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and customization. Proven experience leading SAP S4 Hana Public Edition projects from inception to completion, including SAP BTP, is required. Salesforce Architect-level Certifications are mandatory, while SAP certifications are a bonus. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and SAP solutions (S/4 Hana, Integration Suite, BTP) is essential, along with experience in data integration tools like Snowflake and Fivetran.
The Solutions Architect will oversee the architectural direction of Enterprise Business Applications, focusing on Salesforce and SAP S/4 Hana for the Order-to-Cash process. Responsibilities include assessing, documenting, and architecting solutions for fluid requirements in ambiguous environments, partnering with business stakeholders, and defining the strategic vision for business applications to ensure stability and scalability. Key duties involve architecting and deploying Lead to Cash solutions, integrating Salesforce and SAP S4 Hana with SAP CPI, developing and customizing solutions using Salesforce technologies and SAP Integration Suite, implementing real-time data integrations with Snowflake, ensuring SOX compliance and adherence to internal governance policies, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, and applying SAP S4 Hana knowledge to optimize business processes and drive continuous improvement.
