Responsibilities
Lead global sales growth and customer expansion (“high, wide, and deep”) across Ecolab’s global Pharma market solutions
Serve as Ecolab Enterprise Solutions (EES) Customer Lead for premier global enterprise customer (Sanofi)
Develop and execute commercial strategies to retain, grow, and gain business in key Pharma Enterprise accounts
Develop the Joint Value Proposition and Strategy for growth and expansion, and formulate and execute the Enterprise Sales Plan (ESP)
Own the customer C-suite relationship strategy and foster strong executive-level connections
Introduce and provide Ecolab’s broad range of innovative solutions through cross-divisional collaboration
Execute sales and management strategy to drive revenue, profitability, eROI, and Total Value Delivered
Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic initiatives and relationship-building
Devise long-term talent strategy and optimal staffing for continuous support and relationship continuity
Develop and execute a strategic plan for assigned strategic customer to drive top/bottom-line growth, market share, and ROI
Leverage Ecolab Executives to build Enterprise-to-Enterprise relationships
Lead teams to identify new opportunities, prepare for competitive scenarios, build contract/governance/implementation plans, and manage communications
Partner with Division CAM and Sales leaders to understand trends and broaden enterprise-wide solutions (e.g., Digital, Sustainability)
