Responsibilities

  • Lead global sales growth and customer expansion (“high, wide, and deep”) across Ecolab’s global Pharma market solutions
  • Serve as Ecolab Enterprise Solutions (EES) Customer Lead for premier global enterprise customer (Sanofi)
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to retain, grow, and gain business in key Pharma Enterprise accounts
  • Develop the Joint Value Proposition and Strategy for growth and expansion, and formulate and execute the Enterprise Sales Plan (ESP)
  • Own the customer C-suite relationship strategy and foster strong executive-level connections
  • Introduce and provide Ecolab’s broad range of innovative solutions through cross-divisional collaboration
  • Execute sales and management strategy to drive revenue, profitability, eROI, and Total Value Delivered
  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic initiatives and relationship-building
  • Devise long-term talent strategy and optimal staffing for continuous support and relationship continuity
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for assigned strategic customer to drive top/bottom-line growth, market share, and ROI
  • Leverage Ecolab Executives to build Enterprise-to-Enterprise relationships
  • Lead teams to identify new opportunities, prepare for competitive scenarios, build contract/governance/implementation plans, and manage communications
  • Partner with Division CAM and Sales leaders to understand trends and broaden enterprise-wide solutions (e.g., Digital, Sustainability)
