  • The Global Business Development Manager will support the Global GTM leader to develop the optimal Go To Market model to drive growth across the Replacement Parts Business. This role focuses on utilizing HPE Install Base Data to identify the Total Addressable opportunity and executing a targeted plan to drive growth across both indirect and Direct Routes to Market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly motivated self starter with a passion for sales, customers, and proven ability to develop and deliver business/programs
  • Knowledge of channel partner programs, practices, tactics, and tools.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, offering, categories, portfolio, and company offerings/strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer term strategies and goals with current market situation, outlooks, and demands
  • Results-oriented, solution driven, and able to use data for decision making
  • Advanced understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle
  • Strong project and budget management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at collaboration and relationship building internally and externally at various levels of the organization
  • Excellent ability to engage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external customers/partners up to the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across HPE to create awareness and strengthen the positioning of the HPE Genuine spares offering.
  • Develop Partnerships across HPE BUs to create opportunities to drive profitable growth through RPB GTM model.
  • Focus on developing and executing a growth plan to increase sales to HPE Top Accounts.
  • Lead Global Go To Market business initiatives and support Global RPB programs as a critical core member.
  • Support the regions to develop a GTM model and execution plans to drive sustainable growth.
  • Support the execution of the GTM Business plan, key priorities to support growth targets.
