Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management, demonstrating fluency in English and being a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customers. They should also have a proven ability to develop and deliver business programs, along with in-depth knowledge of the industry, offering, categories, portfolio, and company strategy. Advanced understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle, along with strong project and budget management skills, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Global Business Development Manager will support the Global GTM leader in developing the optimal Go-To-Market model to drive growth across the Replacement Parts Business, utilizing HPE Install Base Data to identify the Total Addressable opportunity. They will develop and execute a targeted plan to drive growth across both indirect and Direct Routes to Market, build relationships with stakeholders across HPE, develop partnerships across HPE BUs, support the regions in developing GTM models, execute the GTM Business plan, and lead Global Go-To-Market business initiatives and programs.
