Requirements

  • Formation Bac+2/3 de type BTS, DUT, Licence en Administration Economique & Sociale, Commerce International ou Comptabilité-gestion
  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du Conseil
  • Dynamisme, réactivité, autonomie et agilité
  • À l'aise avec les processus de facturation et appétence pour les chiffres
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais de manière opérationnelle (écrit)
  • Profil curieux, polyvalent et rigoureux

Responsibilities

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de mission ainsi que les services Sales, Juridique, Comptabilité et Finance aux différentes étapes du cycle de vente
  • Interagir avec les services achats et comptabilité des clients et assurer leur satisfaction optimale
  • Créer les devis chiffrés dans Dynamics FinOps
  • Enregistrer et suivre au quotidien les commandes et les jalons de facturation des projets au forfait et en régie
  • Facturer, suivre les encours et effectuer les relances clients
  • Effectuer des points de suivi réguliers avec les chefs de mission et leur apporter le support nécessaire dans l’enregistrement de leurs projets dans Dynamics
  • Collecter et archiver les contrats clients
  • Créer et mettre à jour les comptes clients
  • Effectuer le référencement fournisseur de la société auprès des clients
  • Renseigner les informations société dans le cadre des appels d’offre
  • Récupérer, traiter les bons de commande et poster les factures sur les plateformes dédiées type Coupa ou Ariba
  • Actualiser la documentation de conformité légale fournisseur sur les plateformes mandatées par les clients type Provigis ou e-Attestations
  • Assurer la coordination des opérations en interne auprès des services impliqués dans le processus de vente et assurer l’interface externe avec les services achats et comptabilité des clients
