  • Minimum 5 years in a Manufacturing or Order-to-Remittance (OTR) role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS)
  • Oversee system message actions, including order changes, pushouts, and cancellations
  • Ensure SSDD (Schedule Ship Date from Distribution) accuracy
  • Maintain distribution material framework for New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Drive alignment and efficiency between OFS, S&OP, HPM, and Supply teams
  • Standardize OFS/S&OP quarter-end processes
  • Align inventory strategy to support business targets and modality-specific behaviors
  • Support OTR Imaging Hoshin Kanri initiatives for SOSD stability
  • Redesign logistics processes and improve regional interaction, measured via SOSD Past Due
  • Implement TCS Daily Management System (DMS) standards and audit processes to support Heijunka
  • Own FSET scheduling as part of HK initiatives
  • Lead projects to reduce aged inventory and achieve inventory targets in partnership with inventory analysts
  • Align inventory processes with warehouse leadership
  • Broaden logistics monitoring capabilities
  • Introduce FSET checks and date disconnect monitoring
  • Develop end-of-quarter risk tracker and formal escalation process aligned with Project Infinity Big Rock
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to add documentation for distribution-level requirements in the NPI process (ECR)
