D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect, Managed Services

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect will troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application, including upgrade projects, system optimization, new module implementations, and higher-level troubleshooting. They will oversee and execute the solution scope of Dynamics 365 F&O, assist clients with implementation and support, improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance. Responsibilities include providing functional knowledge, managing client relationships, ensuring implementation meets customer expectations, providing cross-functional guidance, ensuring on-time delivery, promoting change management, responding to senior management concerns, escalating risks, and prioritizing customer goals. The architect will lead the transition from strategic decisions to execution, define functional requirements, document solution designs, manage design/requirements meetings, conduct gap analysis, and ensure the quality of design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
