Requirements

  • 5+ year's experience as an application administrator, engineer, or equivalent
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or experience
  • Experience evaluating and implementing sales/revenue, finance and operations technologies
  • Creative problem solver with strong communication and listening skills and a positive approach
  • Laser-like focus on the details; mature SDLC lifecycle experience including monitoring/incident management support
  • Ability to build analytics/analysis of usage by product and feature or capability

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an administrator for key business software applications and integrations, including scoping, design, development, testing, integration and ongoing support of integrated systems serving every stage of the customer relationship lifecycle
  • Enable end users enhance productivity with technical solutions and streamlined process automation, leveraging out of the box features to scale business as needed
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical team members to problem solve and take business requirements from concept to delivery
  • Support the design and implementation of the Role Based Access controls and implementation of the least privileged security models to ensure business optimization with secure, SOX compliant controls
  • Identify new opportunities to use existing capabilities of applications and increase utilization and return on technology investment
  • Assist business reporting stakeholders and ensure that data models can support analytic needs
